Technical Asset Manager – Sound & Light at LYDUDLEJNING.net

Full-time – flexible working hours – requires a Category B driver’s license

As a Technical Asset Manager – Sound & Light at LYDUDLEJNING.net, you will be responsible for ensuring our professional audio, DJ and lighting equipment is always in top condition and ready for use – in the warehouse, in the workshop, and on-site at events. You will play a key role in the entire process, from maintenance and quality control to delivery, setup, and takedown of systems.


Your main responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, and dismantle professional sound and lighting systems for events (both independently and in a team)
  • Perform full technical setups on-site, including cabling, optimal placement of sound systems, and lighting installation
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment (e.g., diagnosing speaker issues – drivers, connections, amplifiers, etc.)
  • Carry out basic repairs, soldering work, and replacement of defective parts
  • Keep the warehouse and workshop organized to ensure quick access to all gear
  • Order new products and spare parts when stock is running low
  • Maintain professional DJ equipment, including:
    • Technics 1210
    • Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta
    • Allen & Heath mixers
    • Midas PA mixers
    • Lambda Labs and Electro Voice speakers
    • Cameo lighting equipment
  • Oversee quality control of equipment and processes – ensuring that testing and preparation done by colleagues meet our high standards

We expect you to

  • Hold a Category B driver’s license
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess technical understanding, knowledge of electronics, and soldering skills
  • Be able to lift and handle heavy equipment – good physical condition is important
  • Speak and write both Danish and English
  • Have experience with similar work (preferred, but not required)
  • Have craftsmanship experience, preferably as a carpenter or similar trade (an advantage)
  • Be flexible with working hours – weekend and evening work will occur
